The clip they showed was almost the full scene of Cavil and Boomer after the shooting of Adama, that the trailer shows only a glimpse of. I wanted to relay that your assumption of it taking place after Cally has killed Boomer is not correct. Of course had you seen the full scene you would understand. The scene takes place on the Galactica Brig where Cavil is sent to her, (perhaps in some sort of religious capacity as he was still then known as Brother Cavil - not a cylon yet). Also, Boomer is clearly shown to still have the bandage covering the side of her face that she had blown off when she tried to kill herself. If she had downloaded, her new body would be injury/scar free. It was a very intense scene actually much more so than the trailer could allow you to gather. Looking forward to this release!
